I have represented clients in personal injury cases for over 20 years, with an emphasis on cases involving medical malpractice, nursing home negligence and abuse, products liability, and serious automobile accidents. I won the largest jury verdict on record in Clearfield County, Penn., and I have multiple jury verdicts of more than one million dollars. I have handled cases in almost all Pennsylvania counties west of Harrisburg, as well as in West Virginia and Ohio.

George E. Clark
George Clark focuses his practice on Social Security Disability and workers’ compensation claims. Attorney Clark has successfully represented claimants at the initial (application) stage, as well as cases at the hearing level. He has successfully appealed social security claims to both the Appeals Council and the Federal Court level. Mark S. Mislanovich
Mark S. Mislanovich’s practice focuses on representing injured individuals in personal injury and workers’ compensation litigation. Mark is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he was one of only two students in his class selected to become a Law Review editor based on his submission to the law school’s legal writing competition. Mark was also the recipient of the CALI Award for the highest grade in his Estates and Trusts course.

Attorney Mike Megrey focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury accidents, slip and fall accidents, automobile accidents, and medical malpractice. She went on to earn her J.D., cum laude from Duquesne University School of Law. During law school, she clerked for the Honorable Maurice B. Cohill, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and interned at the Allegheny County Public Defender’s office. Emerald N. After her second year of law school, Emerald began working as a law clerk at Woomer & Talarico LLC. After being admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar, Emerald was immediately hired as an attorney with the firm due to her dedication to the firm’s clients and significant contributions to the firm as a clerk. Since becoming an attorney at Woomer & Talarico LLC, Emerald has argued and won numerous favorable decisions in the courtroom as well as negotiated settlements outside of the courtroom for her clients.
Away from the office, Emerald enjoys cooking (and eating), camping, and hiking with her dog.
