Mark S. Mislanovich
Mark S. Mislanovich’s practice focuses on representing injured individuals in personal injury and workers’ compensation litigation. Mark is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he was one of only two students in his class selected to become a Law Review editor based on his submission to the law school’s legal writing competition. Mark was also the recipient of the CALI Award for the highest grade in his Estates and Trusts course.
Since joining Woomer and Talarico, Mark has won millions of dollars in settlements and awards for his clients, including cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability lawsuits, and various workers’ compensation petitions. Mark has also had the privilege of winning several victories for his clients in Pennsylvania’s appellate courts. Mark’s tireless dedication to his clients has resulted in the referral of many cases from his former clients, which he considers to be one of the best honors an attorney can achieve.
