Christopher M. Halesey focuses his practice in the area of personal injury claims, including automobile accidents, premise liability claims, and product liability claims.
Chris received his Bachelor of Science Degree in accounting with a minor in economics from the University of Pittsburgh in 2013, where he was on the Dean’s List. He continued his education at The University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he went on to earn his J.D. in 2016. During law school, Chris was elected by his classmates as the 2L Class President, elected to the Student Bar Association, and was appointed as the Law School’s Ambassador to The University of Pittsburgh’s Graduate and Professional Student Government. Chris was also selected by Legal Writing and Research Professor Judith Teeter, to serve as her research assistant during the 2014 Summer and Fall semesters.
After his first year of law school, Chris began working as a law clerk at the Pittsburgh based law firm, Caputo, Caputo, & Regan, P.C. After his time there, Chris was asked by then partner, and now The Honorable Judge Daniel D. Regan, to serve as Campaign Operations Director during Judge Regan’s successful run for Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. Chris went on to intern at KPMG, LLP, in the State and Local Tax department where he was hired as a full time associate after passing the Pennsylvania Bar Exam.
Since becoming an attorney at Woomer & Talarico LLC, Chris has argued and won decisions in the courtroom and has negotiated settlements outside of the courtroom for his clients with favorable results.
