Attorney Hall focuses his practice on workers' compensation cases and personal injury law with an emphasis on all types of industrial accidents and injuries. Attorney Hall has handled numerous cases to conclusion in the courts of Pennsylvania and West Virginia which have involved defective products, automobile accidents, industrial accidents, premises liability, building code violations and municipal liability.

Mr. Hall received his bacherlor's degree cum laude from Case Western Reserve University in Political Science /History in 1990. He obtained his law degree from Duquesne University in 1993 and wrote for Juris, the school's legal magazine. He obtained his license to practice law in Pennsylvania on January 11, 1994 and in West Virginia on October 3, 1994.

Prior to forming the law firm of Woomer & Hall LLP, Mr. Hall worked for an insurance defense firm and as an associate for a plaintiff's personal injury firm.
